Dr. Johnson Bhembe does not accept insurance, however some plans will reimburse a portion of fees paid to out-of-network providers. A detailed statement documenting services, diagnostic codes, and payments is provided each month upon request. Insurance covers most prescriptions and laboratory tests.

Bills are provided on a monthly basis. Payment is expected within two weeks.

Missed appointments and cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are billed at 50% of the standard session rate, except for uncontrollable events. In the occasion of an emergency, the fee may be waived if circumstances warrant.
